me and blogging...

From the moment I started blogging, I knew that I'll be very bad at updating it... And true enough, although the sewing hasn't stop but the writing sure has... hehehe... a little update on what's been going on...

Let's see... for starters... remember this?

Well, the animal applique idea didn't work...so instead... this is what happen...

Made his name using felt...

Got tired of hand stitching the bind so machined it all the way...

There was no batting for this one, so i used flannel instead for the backing...

and wahlahh.... that's the size laid on a queen mattress!!! And that I call quite an achievement for me ;-)

well, there were 2 other pillow quilts I made but so conveniently forgot to take photos but the latest one I did 2 weeks back as a wedding gift is as below :)

Sorry but I can't find a function to rotate the pics! Me and blogging... who we kidding eh?
